1. Scope and acceptance

1.1. These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.superstate.one (the "Website").

1.2. By accessing or using the Website, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Website.

2. Operator of the Website

2.1. The Website is operated by Superstate DPK („Суперстейт“ ДПК), a variable capital company registered in the Commercial Register and Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities, UIC 208470096, VAT number BG208470096, with its registered office and address of management at Yavorov residential complex, bl. 73, fl. 11, apt. 24, Slatina district, 1111 Sofia, Bulgaria ("Superstate", "we", "us" or "our").

3. Website only

3.1. These Terms apply to the use of the Website only and do not govern the provision of our services. Our services are provided exclusively on the basis of a separate written agreement with each client.

3.2. Submitting an enquiry or booking an initial meeting through the Website does not create a contractual relationship.

4. Intellectual property

4.1. All content on the Website, including texts, design, images, videos and source code, is owned by Superstate or used under licence, unless stated otherwise. All rights are reserved.

4.2. You may view the Website, share links to it and quote short extracts, provided that you identify Superstate as the source and link to the relevant page.

4.3. Automated access by AI systems is governed by our AI Policy.

4.4. Any other use, including the reproduction of entire pages or the reuse of our design, requires our prior written consent. Requests may be sent to hello@superstate.one.

4.5. The names, logos and trademarks of third parties, including our clients and the applications we integrate with, are the property of their respective owners. They are displayed solely to describe our services and our client relationships, and their display does not imply any endorsement, except where a client expressly provides a statement in its own words on the Website.

5. No advice and no warranty

5.1. The content of the Website is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute advice for your business.

5.2. While we take care to keep the content accurate and up to date, we give no warranty that it is complete, accurate or continuously available.

5.3. Examples shown on the Website, including industry scenarios and the sample names and figures used in them, are illustrative only and do not guarantee any particular result. Client statements reflect the experience of the respective client with its own business.

6. Limitation of liability

6.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Superstate shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Website or from reliance on its content.

6.2. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence (Article 94 of the Bulgarian Obligations and Contracts Act).

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

(a) attempt to disrupt, overload or impair the operation of the Website;

(b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any non-public part of the Website or its systems;

(c) use the contact form to send unsolicited, unlawful or harmful content.

8. Third-party websites

The Website contains links to third-party websites, such as LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy practices of those websites.

9. Privacy

The processing of personal data in connection with the Website is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

10.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be settled by the competent court in Sofia, Bulgaria.

10.3. If you use the Website as a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects the protection afforded to you by the mandatory provisions of the law of the EU Member State of your habitual residence.

11. Language

These Terms are available in Bulgarian and English. In the event of any discrepancy between the two versions, the Bulgarian version shall prevail.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13. Amendments

We may amend these Terms at any time. The amended Terms will be published on this page, with the date of the last update indicated at the top. The version published on this page at the time of your use of the Website applies.
