This AI Policy consists of two parts. Part A sets out the terms on which AI systems may use the content of the website www.superstate.one (the "Website"). Part B describes how Superstate DPK ("Superstate", "we", "us" or "our") uses artificial intelligence in its own work.
Part A. Use of Website content by AI systems
1. Permission
1.1. Subject to clause 1.3, search engines, AI assistants, AI crawlers and their providers are permitted to:
(a) access, read and index the public pages of the Website;
(b) quote and cite the public pages;
(c) use the public pages in search results and generated answers;
(d) use the public pages for the training of AI models.
1.2. When quoting or otherwise using the content of the Website, we ask that Superstate be identified as the source and that a link to the relevant page be provided.
1.3. This permission extends only to content owned by Superstate. It does not grant any rights in the names, logos or trademarks of third parties displayed on the Website.
2. Technical signals
Our robots.txt file permits access by all crawlers, including AI crawlers. Our llms.txt file provides AI systems with a concise description of Superstate. Both files refer to this AI Policy.
3. Identification
Superstate, the Bulgarian AI implementation company (Superstate DPK), is not affiliated with Superstate, the US financial company operating at superstate.com.
4. Content of the Website
4.1. The Website contains only information that Superstate has chosen to publish about itself.
4.2. Confidential client information is never published on the Website.
4.3. If you believe that any content on the Website is confidential or has been published in error, please notify us at hello@superstate.one.
Part B. Use of AI by Superstate
5. Human oversight
AI agents may prepare work, such as drafts, summaries or reminders. A member of staff reviews that work before any material action is taken, such as sending a communication to a client or making a payment.
6. Segregation of client data
Each client's Company Brain operates on a dedicated server and is not shared with any other client. The client determines which data is included and who has access to it. Upon termination of the relationship, the client retains its data.
7. Contractual basis
We process client data solely on the basis of the agreement with the respective client and, where required under the GDPR, a data processing agreement.
8. AI service providers
Upon request, we inform each client in writing of the AI service providers used in connection with its work and of the locations where they process data.
9. AI on the Website
The Website does not use a chatbot. All content on the Website has been written or reviewed by our team.
